Accessibility

Last updated: June 2026.

Our commitment

StageVault is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build the product — not a one-time checkbox.

What we're doing

We test our pages with automated accessibility tooling and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks, and we fix issues as we find them. We work toward sufficient color contrast, visible keyboard focus, labeled form fields and controls, alternatives for non-text content, and touch targets sized for comfortable use on phones.

Ongoing work

StageVault is an evolving product and some areas are still being brought fully in line with our WCAG 2.1 AA goal. If you run into a barrier, we want to know — your reports directly shape what we fix next.

Need help, or found a barrier?

If any part of StageVault is difficult to use, or you need content provided in a different way, email support@stagevault.art with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please tell us the page or feature, the device and assistive technology you're using, and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or function you need through an alternative method while we address the underlying issue.
